Lake County Property Investors Association
Lake County Property Investors Association is a not-for- profit organization whose mission is to encourage, support and educate real estate investors, rental property owners and managers. Our monthly programs, seminars and newsletters regularly inform members about legislative issues, property maintenance and investment strategies in order to promote the progress and dignity of the rental and Real Estate investment industry. The organization provides a forum for its business members to promote their products and/or services.
LCPIA is a member of the Illinois Rental Property Owners Association (IRPOA), and networks with other Illinois investor associations to improve our organization and positively influence legislation that affects our investors.

Rick is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. He holds an MBA from Drake University and a BS from Elmhurst College. He is the Managing Attorney for The Rogers Law Group, which includes 5 attorneys practicing in the areas of Real Estate Closings, Short Sales, Foreclosure Defense, Loan Modification, Bankruptcy, and related real estate matters.
Rick bought his first foreclosure property at an auction in Lake County, IL in the year 2000, and has attended foreclosure auctions for thousands of properties since then, as an investor and on behalf of other investors. Rick lives with his family in Libertyville in a home he purchased at a foreclosure auction.
