Our instructor will be Mel Withrow, a long time member and
supporter of this organization. He has been a real estate investor
for 30 years. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Real
Estate Broker . He
currently manages his own residential rental units.
Since Mel started investing in real estate he has owned single
family, 2-4 units and large apartment buildings. During the years
managing and maintaining these investments he has learned many
money saving ways to maintain property to save money and still
keep your investment in top condition. His presentation will
include practical ways to handle problems with tenants, to retain
tenants, to keep your units full and get top rents. We are
fortunate to have someone with this vast experience to share his
expertise and experience.
