our series of 2008 seminars you have learned how to
acquire properties with short sales, the legal aspects
of owning property, how to screen tenants.
Now you will learn how to maintain and repair your
properties and save hundreds, maybe thousands of
dollars.

Mel Withrow
Our instructor will be Mel
Withrow, a long time member and supporter of this
organization. He
has been a real estate investor for 30 years. He is a
Registered Professional Engineer and a Real Estate
Broker. He
is certified by EPA to handle refrigeration. His experience
includes managing engineering, construction and
maintenance activities for manufacturing engineering and
real estate organizations.
He currently manages his own residential rental
units.
Since Mel started investing in
real estate he has owned single family, 2-4 units and
large apartment buildings.
During the years managing and maintaining these
investments he has learned many money saving ways to
maintain property to save money and still keep your
investment in top condition. His presentation
will include practical ways to handle problems with
plumbing, electrical and air conditioning. These are some of
our most expensive repairs. We are fortunate
to have someone with this vast experience to share his
expertise and experience.
