1978, LCPIA
keeps members informed of legislative issues involving income property,
provides access to rental forms and procedures, and arranges discounts for
goods and services through partnerships with local vendors.

Our
Mission
Lake County Property Investors Association is a not-for- profit organization whose mission is to encourage, support and educate real estate
investors, rental property owners and managers. Our monthly programs, seminars and newsletters regularly inform members about legislative issues, property maintenance
and investment strategies in order to promote the progress and dignity of the rental and Real Estate investment industry. The organization provides a forum for its
business members to promote their products and/or services.
