license and pay the prescribed fee.
License fees for all businesses and occupations located within Park City will be $125, payable annually by May 1. Apartment building owners with four or more units
will pay by May 1 an additional $3 for every apartment unit above the first four units.

vary by number of rental units. Licenses must be displayed at

NOTE 3: Single-family rental homes are inspected annually.
Others inspected every three years or 1/3 yearly.

apply for a Zoning Letter (1-2 units) or
Zoning Certificate (3+ units) within 72
hours of offering the property for sale. Properties with more
