Applicant Background Check

LCPIA has partnered with a local provider who provide credit and background reports.

Screening Reports, Inc. now offers LCPIA members its tenant screening package of an in-person, eight Metro County criminal search, and national credit report from Trans Union, all for one low fee.

Tim Fortner of Screening Reports, Inc. has agreed to waive the 100-unit minimum requirement for LCPIA members.
